How about when you’ve had a long day at work and you want to settle down with a fun, light-hearted book featuring a not-so-perfect heroine and a nice, fruity drink? Yeah, we thought so.

Hilary’s Pink Blush Margarita
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Splash Grenadine
Extras:
- Sugar
- Lime
- Cherry
Preparing your Pink Margarita

Cool your margarita cup well. Or any cup. Whatever cup you can get your hands on.

Put all the ingredients in a tin with ice and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Sure, it mixes the ingredients, but it’s a great way to knock off some stress too.

Rub a lime wedge on the edge of the glass then dip it in the sugar. The edge of the glass, not the lime.

Pour the cocktail into your chosen glass. We like to make sure it’s filtered, but that’s up to you.

Serve with a lime wedge on the edge of the glass and a cherry inside for some tasty decorations.
