The Kindred Ink Press team has signed 6-Book New Adult College Friendship series, University at Harper’s Crossing, from Ellen Wilder and Amber Root. The first book, Roommates 101, is due out fall 2023.
Ellen Wilder has been writing since she was twelve years old. It took her until she was twenty-seven though to realize what good writing and editing meant. At that time, she added developmental, content, and line editor to the stack of title hats. Ellen is a slasher of dialogue tags. The Timeline Queen. Spreadsheet lover. And goes out of her way to change telling to showing.
Amber Root is a bibliophile, author, crafter, spinner, farmer, mother of two beautiful boys, and unrepentant nerd. She lives on twenty-three beautiful acres in the Cascade Mountains of Western Washington and divides her time between her loving family, the many animals on the farm, and the characters in her head.
